Once upon a time there was an old mother and her son. Her son is called Malin Kundang. They are very poor.
His father of Malin Kundang was dead when drown in the sea. When Malin Kundang's grow up, he want to work hard to make his mother happy.
A few years later, Malin Kundang ask to his mother to work in outside the island. His mother is disgusting.
The next day, Malin Kundang go to there. When Malin Kundang leave his mother alone, his mother always has waited Malin.
Every ship is coming, his mother always approached it. She's so missing Malin Kundang.
Every morning she hope that God grant her prayer. She hope that she can look her son; Malin Kundang. She hope that she can hug and kiss her son.
And 3 years later, society in village hear that any luxurious ship. Owner of this ship look sharing food for poor people.
